This Part II webinar was in collaboration with local nonprofit Healdsburg 2040 and featured local homeowners and housing professionals who have successfully built ADUs in Healdsburg. This content is relevant to homeowners outside of Healdsburg as well!

The housing professionals covered super helpful ADU small space design tips along with photos from real ADUs. The local homeowners shared beautiful photos of their Healdsburg ADUs plus illustrative details about their projects, including everything from their budget to financing to the layout of their ADU and the finishing materials and cabinets they used. 

The webinar concluded with a live audience Q&A with the panelists who were joined by statewide ADU law & policy expert Josh Abrams.
