Schedule it here TODAY. After August 31 there is a small fee.
Thanks to generous support from Napa Valley Community Foundation and Community Foundation Sonoma County among others, our nonprofit has been able to provide hundreds of accessory dwelling unit consults free of charge during our two-year pilot stage to all homeowners, regardless of income.
Consultations scheduled after August 31 will require a $150 payment from the homeowner prior to scheduling. The ADU feasibility consults have a total value of $350, and the Foundations will continue to subsidize the balance for all homeowners as an incentive.

As a mission-driven organization we are committed to serving low-income homeowners seeking to build an ADU for any reason, including to house family members, secure a passive income stream to help cover your mortgage and living expenses, or to downsize into for your retirement. If you would like an ADU feasibility consult from our nonprofit and feel that the cost of $150 will make this opportunity unattainable to you, please contact us here to discuss receiving a scholarship from our organization to cover part of the cost.
