We started with sharing a bit about our nonprofit organization, the Napa Sonoma ADU Center.

First, Caleb gave us an excellent high-level overview of different ADU finance products available, plus their pros and cons -- AND covered what kinds of homeowners might be best suited for the different finance products out there.

Next, each of our local finance folks shared a deeper dive into each of the financial products Caleb gave us on overview on, plus shared about the products their financial institutions have to offer and some of the tips they’ve learned specific to local homeowners who are seeking to finance an ADU project.

After that we all joined a live Q&A with the audience to cover a range of questions about ADU financing from local homeowners -- including some details about how ADUs impact your taxes.
