Not permitted in the front setback as determined by the the underlying zoning district; 4 feet from the rear and side property lines if the ADU 16 feet or less in height; if the ADU is greater than 16 feet in height the setbacks of the underlying zoning district apply; 5 feet from rear and side property lines if the ADU is constructed above a garage; no setbacks for conversions of legally existing structures.
